Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Wehshi Sticker Club by Johnny & Jugnu is a subscription-based service that sends out 10 unique stickers designed by our featured artist each month. Since we work on a monthly cycle and dispatch stickers together for all subscribers, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to keep things fair and simple for everyone.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once your monthly payment has been processed.
  • If you cancel after the 4th of any month, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • If your payment was charged in error (e.g., double charge), please contact us at wehshi.store@johnnyandjugnu.com and we'll review and resolve your case promptly.

Refunds are only issued in cases of verified duplicate payments or system errors confirmed by our payment processor (XPay by XStak / Bank Alfalah).

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations made after that date will take effect for the next month.

To cancel, simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or email us at wehshi.store@johnnyandjugnu.com.

Once cancelled, you'll still receive any stickers for the month you've already paid for, but your plan will not renew automatically afterward.

4. Returns & Replacements

Since stickers are custom-printed collectibles and mailed in limited runs, we cannot accept returns. However, if your stickers arrive damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo, and we'll do our best to replace your set if possible.

Shipping replacements depend on product availability and verification of the issue. We may not be able to reissue limited-edition designs once they are out of stock.

5. Shipping Delays

Stickers are dispatched around the 15th of each month and typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier performance. We are not responsible for courier delays, natural events, or unforeseen issues beyond our control, but we'll assist wherever possible.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through XPay by XStak / Bank Alfalah using Mastercard payment gateways. We do not store your card details — only your XPay subscription token and reference ID for recurring billing.

In case of billing disputes, you may contact both us and XPay for resolution. Verified transaction logs will be used to assess your claim.
