1. Welcome to Wehshi Sticker Club 👋

Welcome to Wehshi Sticker Club by Johnny & Jugnu! By accessing or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These terms are here to make sure everything runs smoothly between you (our awesome subscriber or artist) and us. Please read them carefully before subscribing or submitting any forms.

2. About Our Service

Wehshi Sticker Club is a monthly subscription service where members receive 10 unique stickers designed by our featured artist of the month. Subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th of every month unless cancelled before that date. If you join on or after the 15th, your first set of stickers will be for the next month's cycle.

We operate under Johnny & Jugnu, a registered company based in Lahore, Pakistan.

3. Account & Information Accuracy

When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information — this helps ensure your stickers reach the right place and payments process correctly. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment info current.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription Fee: PKR 480 per month, billed automatically on the 15th of each month.
• Payment Processor: XPay by XStak / Bank Alfalah handles all secure transactions.
• If your payment fails, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
• Cancellations made after the 4th will apply to the next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for processed payments, but you can cancel anytime before the next billing date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Stickers are shipped nationwide within Pakistan. Dispatches happen around the 15th of each month for all active subscribers. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and the courier service.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. We aren't responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to help.

6. Artists & Submissions

Artists can submit their work using our artist form. Submissions are reviewed by the Wehshi Sticker Club team, and selected artists will be contacted via email. By submitting, you confirm that your artwork is your original creation and you grant us permission to use it for our monthly sticker collections, promotions, or social media posts (with full credit to you, of course!).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and logos — belongs to Wehshi Sticker Club by Johnny & Jugnu or its respective artists. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reuse any content without permission.

8. Communication & Support

You may receive emails related to your subscription, artist submissions, or announcements. For any questions, reach out to us at wehshi.store@johnnyandjugnu.com. You might also get replies from authorized representatives of Johnny & Jugnu.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription or artist submission that violates these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or causes disruption to our services.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes or claims arising from your use of our website or services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, payment systems, or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
